What We All Should Be Eating (But We Aren’t)

We all wish we could have abs of steel and a back like this guy (Master Trainer Thomas Tadlock).

The funny thing is, you do have them.  They are just hiding under several layers of fat.

Unfortunately, we live in a society that provides way more calories than our bodies need, and usually provides them in unhealthy foods.  To make things worse, our metabolisms have evolved to store fat.

Fortunately, there is a way to turn your fat burning metabolism back on, and the best part is, you can do it by eating those healthy foods you know you should be eating anyways.  Everyone says they’re going to start eating healthy, and now you have a reason to do it.  You will look better, feel better, and have more energy to do all those things you need to do to change the world!

In these videos, America’s #1 Rapid Fat Loss Coach, Thomas Tadlock, will show you the secret ingredients that you can add to your diet in order to start burning fat NO MATTER WHAT YOU EAT and NO MATTER HOW MUCH (OR HOW LITTLE) YOU WORK OUT!

TIP #1 : EAT RAW CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES

The ones I eat: Broccoli, Spinach, Kale, and Cauliflower

Here’s a Complete List of Cruciferous Vegetables

Eat 1/2 a cup of raw veggies every 2-3 hours (5-6 times per day) in addition to whatever you are eating now.

This is tough to do, but an easy way to do it (the way Thomas and I do it) is to blend your entire day’s worth of veggies in a blender with water (yuck! – but super healthy) or juice (I use Trader Joe’s Green Plant Juice and some unfiltered Apple Juice).  Then you’ll have your whole day’s veggies in a cup that you can carry with you to work and drink a little every couple of hours.

Fast, easy, delicious, and your body will thank you.

TIP #2 : TAKE PURE LIQUID FISH OIL

The one I use: Carlson’s Liquid Fish Oil (Lemon Flavor)

Take 2-4 tablespoons per day (one per meal, or 2 for breakfast and 2 for dinner if you can’t take it with you).

Make sure you buy the highest quality liquid fish oil that you can.  Don’t worry – if it’s high quality it has no fishy taste.

Try this test: cut open a cheap fish oil tablet, and it will probably smell fishy.  This means it has oxidized (started rotting!) and it is useless for your body.  This is why you have to buy high quality liquid fish oil – so you know that it’s fresh and it’s working.

This fish oil + the cruciferous veggies are going to ignite your metabolism and give your body all the healthy vitamins and fat that it needs.  Get ready to look and feel great!

TIP #3 : EAT HIGH QUALITY PROTEIN

Try to eat Cage Free Eggs, Cage Free Chicken, Wild Cot Fish, Grass Fed Beef, Free Range Turkey.

The fat from these protein sources will not cause you to gain weight, especially while you are eating your cruciferous veggies and pure fish oil.

Beware of protein powders and bars that advertise high protein, low carb solutions.  They are often very high in saturated fat, which will not help you see those abs.

OTHER TIPS:

DRINK WATER – at least 1 gallon per day (8 glasses of water per day) – 1 Gallon = 128 Fluid ounces, so you need to drink 16 cups (8oz) of water per day, or 8 bottles (16oz) per day.  This is most easily done by simply replacing all other beverages that you drink with water.

EAT & CHEW SLOWLY – it takes your body’s hormones about 20 minutes to tell your brain that you are full, so the slower you eat, the less likely you will overeat.  You will also get more pleasure from eating slowly.

HAVE FUN! – Go hiking, ride a bike, climb a mountain, or join a fitness boot camp! An exercise routine that you enjoy is one that you will stick with, and that is more important that anything else.  Results take time, and any routine that you do for 6 months to 1 year will give you visible, long lasting results.  But remember, this isn’t just about exercising, this is about eating right.  Anyone can add these foods to their current diet and start seeing and feeling results.  Eat right and you will feel right.
